Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Modification Policy for Castle Hill Dance Studio Venue Hire

At Castle Hill Dance Studio, we understand that plans can change and we are very flexible with the various hire options available. However, to ensure fairness, consistency and to accommodate other potential hirers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

General Venue Hire:

    • Cancellations or date change requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time or without any notice at all will incur a 50% charge of the total venue hire fee.
    • Cancellations or date change requests made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will not incur any charges.

Party & Event Hire:

    • For parties or event hires, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation or date change charges.
    • Cancellations or date change requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled event start time will incur a 50% charge of the total hire fee.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking. We are more than happy to change or modify bookings if we are given enough time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
