Dance Studio Availability to Hire in 2019 and 2020

Our dance studio is avaialble for hire from 5am to 11pm 7 days a week at Castle Hill. We are located at Unit 10 of 5 Gladstone Road Castle Hill just underneath Tae Kwon Do World at Castle Hill.

In regards to our availability. The primary hirer of the venue Jigsaw Dance Studio generally uses the studio in the afternoons 3:30pm to 9:00pm Mondays to Thursdays. Then again Saturday mornings about 9:00am to 1:30pm. Other than those times the studio is available for hire at any time or day of the week (subject to other external hirers using the space)

It should be noted that during school holidays which for dance studios operates about 3 to 4 months of the year, the dance studio is even more available, with Jigsaw Dance Studio not using the space at all.

The most effective way to make contact with us is to send us a quick text message to 0412 501 177 and explain what you are after. We are very responsive and can have our availability messaged back to you in a very quick time frame.

Looking for a safe and secure premises to host your next event or class? Look no further than our venue hire business located in the Quantum Corporate Park in Castle Hill.

Our premises are clean, well-cared for, and offer 2 separate studios each approximately 100 square metres in size (approx) that can be hired for both casual and permanent use. Featuring timber flooring, sprung dance floors, and a sound system with amplifier and speakers, our studios are perfect for dance, yoga, pilates, acrobatics, gymnastics, stretching classes, and more.

In addition to our studios, we also offer complete amenities, including toilets, disabled toilets, sink, baby change table, kitchenette with small refrigerator, large foyer area with greeting table, and extensive undercover parking. Our premises also feature a large window in the upstairs studio providing natural light for photography shoots or video production and disco lighting in the downstairs studio for parties and events.

With equipment available for acrobatics (for an additional charge) and air conditioning and fan options available, our venue is perfect for meetings, childcare meetings, mothers groups, functions, parties, children’s birthday dance parties, photography studio, party hire, education seminars, or shared office/conference space.

Our premises are staffed between 3:30pm and 7:00pm Monday to Thursday, and we welcome drop-ins during these times. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0412 501 177 to arrange a suitable time for viewing.

Dance Concerts at Jigsaw Dance Studio Hills District

What is the Midyear Showcase?

Our Midyear Showcase is a performance we put on every year in June. The dancers get to learn a routine in class during terms 1 & 2 and then have the opportunity to get up on stage and perform for family and friends. It is a really relaxed, stress-free and positive experience for everyone involved and is a great chance to get a feel of what it is like to dance on stage, have something to work towards and showcase all of their amazing achievements so far. Differing from our End of Year Concert, the midyear showcase is just done in class uniform as we save the costumes for the end of the year!

Why do we run two dance concerts?

At Jigsaw Dance we run a Midyear Showcase in June and an End of Year Concert in November. There are a number of reasons we run 2 relaxed, stress-free and positive concerts each year:

  • It gives the kids something to work towards (that isn’t months and months and months away)
  • It allows the parents to have a sneak peak of what they have been working on so far and then furthermore see how much progress they have made in their confidence when they perform again at the end of the year
  • It gives the kids an idea of what it is like to dance up on stage and gives them that confidence to perform again for the end of year show
  • It means that students who join us at different times in the year, still have opportunities to perform on stage
  • It gives the kids a sense of pride, excitement and achievement, knowing they have worked towards this amazing goal and built the confidence to get up on stage
  • It means the kids get to learn 2 new routines meaning they don’t get bored of doing the same thing over and over again!

Birthday Parties @ Jigsaw Dance Studio

Jigsaw Parties are here! You have the choice of three amazing kids’ party packages to select from. These packages take the hassle out of kids birthday parties and allow parents to simply enjoy the experience.

Package 1 – Ballerina Party

The Ballerina Party is designed for children aged 3-6 years. If your child loves all things pink, sparkly and adores ballerinas & fairies then this is the party for you! Our Ballerina party host will lead lovely ballet dancing activities and fun party games making the experience truly delightful for your Birthday girl and her guests.

Package 2 – Cheerleading Party

The Cheerleading Party is designed for children aged 6-9 years. If your child loves to jump, tumble and shake her pom poms, then this is the right party for you. Our Party host will lead our cheer girls/boys in some tumbling and tricks on the soft play equipment and a mini routine to show their parents at pick-up. They even get to take home their pom poms. Lots of energy and enthusiasm needed for this one.

Package 3 – Disco/Hip Hop Party

The Disco/Hip Hop Party is designed for children aged 5-12 years. If your child loves to carve up the dance floor and really party then this is the package for you! Our Disco party host will lead energetic dance activities and party games all in a disco party atmosphere. Dance activities will be adapted according to the gender and age of the child.

Studio Hire Castle Hill in 2016

Just letting you know that the studio hire timetable for our Castle Hill premises at 10/5 Gladstone Rd Castle Hill is now online. We try to get it sorted as soon as we can so people can arrange their bookings and other venues well before commencing 2016.

I have also attached screen shots of the current availability timetable. Anything in white colour is currently available for hiring. Remember that studio 1 is the downstairs studio and studio 2 is the upstairs studio. Both are approximately 100m2 in size.
